About

I'm Loris. I lead engineering teams, and in my own time I build and run software at home, start to finish.

What I write about

• Leadership: what I've learned about leading people and teams, written plainly.
• Technical: how the things I build actually work, including the parts that went wrong. The first series is about Moneytrac, a personal finance tracker.
• Life: sport, and everything else outside work.

The name

lolli is what I was called as a kid. This is my log of leading teams and building things.
